Senior Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead to spearhead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud ERP suites. This role requires a consultant with extensive experience in architecting enterprise structures and mapping complex business requirements to Oracle’s best-practice functionalities. You will lead onsite/offshore teams through the full project lifecycle—from initial discovery and RICEW identification to final roll-out—ensuring a robust future-state financial ecosystem for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Functional Architecture & Configuration

• Module Mastery: Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Projects & Billing.
• Enterprise Structures: Define and refine high-level Enterprise Structures (COA, Business Units, Ledgers) to support global financial reporting.
• Future-State Design: Analyze current-state processes to develop optimized technical recommendations and functional design documents (FDDs).

Implementation & Project Leadership

• Full Lifecycle Execution: Manage all phases including requirement gathering, gap analysis, key configuration workshops, and testing.
• Team Orchestration: Lead functional delivery by coordinating between onsite client teams and offshore technical developers.
• RICEW Identification: Identify and document requirements for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Workflow (RICEW) components.
• Pre-sales Support: Contribute to project planning, work estimation, and the development of Statements of Work (SOW).

Data Conversion & Integration

• Legacy Mapping: Demonstrate deep expertise in data conversion areas, mapping complex legacy data sets into Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
• Cross-Module Synergy: Ensure financial modules integrate seamlessly with Procurement and other SaaS/on-premises systems.

• Additional Modules: Functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud is a significant advantage.
