How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
I was in the dungeon menu. I played my 3 dungeons through the daily reset. When I exited to the main menu, I was unable to access the games menu. I closed the game, turned the game on my android device and same thing, no access to the games menu.
