At this time, only a few commands are supported. Please type "help"at the command prompt for detailed information about the supportedcommands. WARNINGThe security protections offered by this command are limited to thepermissions on the Unix domain socket, and the serverconfiguration. If someone can connect to the Unix domain socket, theyhave a substantial amount of control over the server. OPTIONSThe following command-line options are accepted by the program.-d config directoryDefaults to /etc/raddb. radmin looks here for the serverconfiguration files to find the "listen" section that defines thecontrol socket filename.-e commandRun command and exit.-EEcho commands as they are being executed.-f socket_fileSpecify the socket filename directly. The radiusd.conf file is not read.-hPrint usage help information.-i input_fileReads input from the specified file. If not specified, stdin is used. This also sets "-q".-n mnameRead raddb/name.conf instead of raddb/radiusd.conf.-qQuiet mode. COMMANDSThe commands implemented by the command-line interface are almostcompletely controlled by the server. There are a few commandsinterpreted locally by radmin:reconnectReconnect to the server.quitExit from radmin.exitExit from radmin. The other commands are implemented by the server. Type "help" at theprompt for more information. EXAMPLESdebug file /var/log/radius/bob.logSet debug logs to /var/log/radius/bob.log. There is very littlechecking of this filename. Rogue administrators may be able use thiscommand to over-write almost any file on the system. If thoseadministrators have write access to "radius.conf", they can do thesame thing without radmin, too.debug condition '(User-Name == bob)'Enable debugging output for all requests that match the condition.Any "unlang" condition is valid here. The condition is parsed as astring, so it must be enclosed in single or double quotes. Stringsenclosed in double-quotes must have back-slashes and the quotationmarks escaped inside of the string.Only one debug condition can be active at a time.debug condition '((User-Name == "bob") (Packet-Src-IP-Address == 192.0.2.22))'A more complex condition that enables debugging output for requestscontaining User-Name "bob", or requests that originate from source IPaddress 192.0.2.22.debug conditionDisable debug conditionals. I just want this server to be used not only by people from my local network, but also by people who are far away from me. The server itself is needed in order to use it to exchange large files, but for this you need Radmin vpn or another utility that can host for free

so everyone will install radmin on there computers? sounds like a simple torrent would be easier for share large files. Radmin is Windows only like chente said. using proton could cause big problems down the line.

If you give remote access to your local network through a VPN, you should be aware that you are giving access not only to the files, but to the entire network to the person who connects. I'm not sure if that's what you want, but this can easily be done in OMV using the openmediavault-wireguard plugin.

I am using radmin 2.2 to connect to other PC's on my network, I have a problem when I remote access other users on my internal network, and I try to type a number, I am getting characters instead. such as "!" instead of "1" , "@" instead of "2", "#" instead of "3" and "$" instead of "4". The app is behaving as if my shift key is permanantly pressed down (which it is not). Pleased advise what I should do in order to fix this problem. I dont have this problem when I am sitting in front of the computer or when I use logmein in the same PCthanks

Sometimes the status of the Shift, Control, and Alt keys can be left lingering when switching between programs that take over the keyboard (this can be seen more frequently with PC virtualization through applications like VirtualBox.org).

Tap each Shift key once (left and right shift keys are handled as separate keys). Do the same thing with your Alt and CTRL keys. Just press them separately each one at a time, and then all should be well after that.

Hi, for like years, i was never able to open a server due to my ISP, yesterday i found Radmin VPN, tested it with Minecraft, CS 1.6, Ark and all of them worked perfectly, now i am trying to create a MTA Server, i change the ip of the server to the radmin ip, when i open the server appears a error while querying the MTA master server, which i know it was most likely to appear due to the nature of radmin (its pretty much the same as Hamachi), and i found on a post in this forum. That says the server works without problems even with that error, but when i try to enter the server using my laptop i cant, says Connection Time Expired, i tried connecting with multiple combinations, ip:22003, ip: 22005, only ip (since with other games connecting without port worked and with didnt work), and still nothing! Any ideas?

Vulnerabilities in radmin Detection is a high risk vulnerability that is one of the most frequently found on networks around the world. This issue has been around since at least 1990 but has proven either difficult to detect, difficult to resolve or prone to being overlooked entirely.

Use of Vulnerability Management tools, like AVDS, are standard practice for the discovery of this vulnerability. The primary failure of VA in finding this vulnerability is related to setting the proper scope and frequency of network scans. It is vital that the broadest range of hosts (active IPs) possible are scanned and that scanning is done frequently. We recommend weekly. Your existing scanning solution or set of test tools should make this not just possible, but easy and affordable. If that is not the case, please consider AVDS.

The Vulnerabilities in radmin Detection is prone to false positive reports by most vulnerability assessment solutions. AVDS is alone in using behavior based testing that eliminates this issue. For all other VA tools security consultants will recommend confirmation by direct observation. In any case penetration testing tools for discovery of Vulnerabilities in radmin Detection produces the highest discovery accuracy rate, but the infrequency of this expensive form of testing degrades its value. The ideal would be to have pentesting accuracy and the frequency and scope possibilities of VA solutions, and this is accomplished only by AVDS.

AVDS is currently testing for and finding this vulnerability with zero false positives. If your current set of tools is indicating that it is present but you think it is probably a false positive, please contact us for a demonstration of AVDS.
