Hi guys,

FYI: Transportation cost for party bus ride is below:

1. Chart bus carrying 56 passenger ~ 1,000.00

2. Trucks carry bikes ~ $550.00

Cost would be 1000+550+100(tip for bus)+100 (tip for truck) = 1750 / 56 = $31.25 / person.

Not bad.

I am sure we can find cheaper but this is pretty great service. Bus was new, nice and clean.

On the BooB ride, they have blanket that wrap your bike.... they also asked us to bring our own blanket as they might not have enough to cover everyone..... I did not bring a blanket but my bike was covered.

I don’t know. Spending $1500 for a few hours on the bus is a bit much.

I hear you ... however, we are talking private transportation (2 trucks) that is almost the same price of taking the train ....I guess you just have to look at the alternative options. Amtrak costs between 27 & 39 and it's not private.

I am pretty sure we can find cheaper deal as well. I am just afraid to pick someone not reliable especially the truck for bike. Can you imaging if that truck took off to Mexico ?56 bike x $5000 average = $280,000.00 😱
