It was nice to see some new faces and share perspectives.
There is quite a bit of interest in Kanban and lean approaches in
software. We talked about it briefly at the meeting so I thought I'd
pass through enough information to provide context.
I believe managing flow and the information available from a Kanban
board is more suited to the interrupt driven nature of ops makes
dropping iterations and going for flow even more compelling.
