Reading prompt for next meeting

We had a small but fun meeting last week about incident management. I didn't take notes but perhaps another attendee from last week could share theirs.
Our next meeting will be November 6th at the City Library. For those who missed it last week, please note that we are now downstairs in Conference Room D. We begin at 10:00 AM.
Per Andrew's suggestion from a few months ago, we chose a book to lead the discussion for the next month. We hope to have a discussion in November based around ideas found in John Allspaw's book, "The Art of Capacity Planning":
