Flip with a purpose

I showed a Flip that I have had listed for a few months now. It was
the first time I had done a walk thru with a buyer and was amazed at
how hard it was for him to get a feel for a house full of travertine
and granite.

The problem was it was all granite and travertine. and all the same
no difference in any colors or selections. I had told them to have a
color that was warm and inviting. Instead it was nuetral.

Me feelings are this. Flip with a purpose. If you want your house to
be tuscan be comitteed and go all the way. French Country the same
thing. Be different. Stand out if it offends someone that is fine
but atleast bring out some emotions in your buyers. When I flip I
want people to either love it or hate it. I just want them to know
when they leave that they either want to make an offer or not.

Pricing obviously is important.

Any thoughts?
