Hello,
in last few days I tested the velo 1.4 release and I have found a few
issues I would like to report. In case they are still not reported/
fixed, I have fixes for some of them and I would like to contribute.
I tried to use the issue tracker on safehaus.org, but I can't open it
- seems to me that there are some technical problems with Apache
server:

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /secure/
BrowseProject.jspa.
Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused
Apache/1.3.33 Server at jira.safehaus.org Port 80

Do you still use this tracker or you have moved to another one?
