I got my new system today, and I hooked it all up and ran the software but it returned saying that it could not locate the device?
My system involves a VXM and a couple of BiSlides and since the software could not find it I tried again and then I just tried jogging from the front panel, but nothing works?
Any ideas?

Does the Device Manager in your OS show a serial port for your device?
(XP would be under "Control Panel, Hardware, Device Manager)
(Windows 7 would be under "Right-Click" Computer and pick manage
Either way it should be listed under "Ports COM&LPT"
If not then your driver is not installed yet
