In some cases the VxmDriver.dll will not work with the Visual Studio Express products.
Attached is a procedure to ensure a way to get the VxmDriver.dll to operate properly under these programming languages.
Although written and tested with Visual C# Express 2010, the procedure should be similar regardless of the language or version of Visual Studio Express
that you intend to use.
