Velmex Example Not Working in Visual Studio 2015

Working with the Velmex C# example in Visual Studio 2015, when LoadLibrary() is called it returns 0 so hLib returns 0 meaning the library was not found? Could you possibly look into this and try and figure out a way for Visual Studio 2015 to run the example?
