A couple nights ago I used this recipe to make some bean on bean

Okay, it's actually black eyed peas and tempeh. And actually the store
didn't have any black eyed peas so I used pinto beans. They were so
tasty!
I served them with thinned homemade romesco sauce which is also vegan
and incredibly delicious.

think veggie gravy or a tahini sauce would be excellent too.
