Chef Jeremy Fox tells GrubStreet he's looking for a space to house a vegetable-centric restaurant, tentatively called Smith. His ideal space would hold 50 or 60 people in the East Bay or San Francisco proper. In the meantime, he's going to continue doing pop-up dinners and working on that book about vegetables and terroir.
