Invitation To The Vegan Kitchen On March 25

Good Morning,

 

You are invited to Northern Connecticut Vegetarians' Potluck on March 25, Sunday, at  4:30 PM.  Peter Steady and Amy Sobel who are Raw Food Teachers and Owners of Organictrek will be the featured presenters on “The Vegan Kitchen.”  They will bring several food processors, juicers, blenders, and implements to demonstrate the difference between a SAD Kitchen and a Healthy Kitchen.  They will make samples during the evening as well as bring samples of dehydrated products that cannot be made in the short demonstration timeframe. 

 

For the Potluck Portion, bring a healthy vegan dish to share along with a note card listing your recipe and your name.  Also, please bring your place setting (plate, cup, and utensils).   A $8 donation is requested of adults to help pay for the space, the website, and other costs.  Children are free.  The Carniglia Senior Center, 41 Oak Street, Windsor Locks, CT, is the location for this event.
