Good Afternoon,

Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society is nonprofit organizations which advocates a compassionate and healthy vegetarian diet.  We would appreciate your letting your readers know about our upcoming event.   Everyone is invited.

On March 13 at 4 PM, Dr. Mona Sigal will speak about her successful treatment of chronic diseases with nutrition-based medicine.  She is a well-known physician in the Boston area.  While nutrition-based medicine is a holistic approach, it is a major area of new research in healthcare.  Working with other MDs, her prescriptions are evidence-based and scientifically confirmed.  Her medical intervention is designed for folks who have been failed by today's medication- and procedure-driven healthcare industry.  For the Potluck, attendees are asked to bring a healthy vegan dish to share along with a list of its ingredients and your recipe.  Vegan food has no animal ingredients (zero  honey, dairy, eggs, meat, and fish).  Please bring your place setting (plate, cup, and utensils).   The Suffield Senior Center,
145 Bridge Street, Suffield, CT, is the location for this event.  Donation of $8 is requested.  Children are free.  For more information or reservations, see www.northctveg.org or call (860) 623-8082.

Thanks,

Harry Greenberg, Coordinator
