This past Saturday, the monthly vegan meetup convened at Clover Food Lab in the Longwood Medical Area (LMA).

The overt outdoor sandwich-board sign proudly proclaimed their new 'Impossible Meatball' (which the counter staff told me is not vegan-compliant because it's held together by egg whites).

I figured that the sign had misled some first-timers because attendance was unduly low.

But tonight (Thursday, 11/09/2017) I caught Boston's Clover Food Lab FEATURED on PBS NewsHour.
