DIY sports drink

got this recipe from my friend and fellow urban gardener/farmer Mike Lieberman

although the original recipe isn't vegan, one can substitute the honey for whatever sweetener 

here ya go:

 water, apple cider vinegar, dash of sea salt and a bit of raw honey.
