Oil your pan and preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients, except the marzipan and dried apricots, in a sturdy mixing boil with a whisk to prevent clumping.
With a spatula, carefully fold in the marzipan and dried apricots.
Deposit mixture into muffin pan.
Bake until it looks like a muffin.
About 25 minutes.
Don't touch them straight out of the oven! I know they will look delectable but be mindful of your heat tolerance!
In fact, give them a time-out for 5 minutes. At least.
