What you'll need:
1 Unbaked 9-inch (Vegan) Pastry Crust
3/4 lb. of Tofu
1 cup of Canned Pumpkin
1 1/3 cup of Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
What you'll need to do:
1. Mix tofu and pumpkin in a blender until creamy and lump-free.
2. Add the creamy mixture to a bowl, and add the sugar, salt, and
spices.
3. Mix well, then fill the pie crust with it.
4. Bake the pie in an oven at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
5. Pie is done when the crust is brown.
