I'd like this to be taken as a continuation of this post 

The cost of a 350 watt motor was $50 on ebay...

At what point does not choosing the larger ROI become a betrayal to the animals? 

If PETA were to organize something like that they would always run out of money before running out of vegans willing to volunteer...

Ask your vegan friends if they would want to do the vegan touring MASH unit thing if PETA paid for the materials

Just to give another reference, that $50 gear reduced motor was pretty awesome, but it assumes a lot of things about the cost of all the other materials involved, seems like most efficient way to complete the circle would be something like an electric scooter and a wagon (assuming the wood and bolts to connect the two arent too much)...  So thats $330... if we assume everything else would be less than $1000 a unit... having the wagon be reused after the RV part is moved would make it easy, amphibious pontoons hanging off the sides of the wagon
