vega-lite: how to make title and subtitle responsive?

Hi,

in this gist (the previews is here) I have created an example chart. In the HTML I have included bootstrap, I have set a div width, in the spec I have "width": "container", and the chart is responsive.

But how to make also title and subtitle responsive (auto word wrapping or other)?

In the image below and example of not responsive subtitle.
