Certainly. I have left a message for Richard to expect us at Lake Merrit Farmers Market on Saturday morning.

Need flyers and Vedika Seva cards
Also need sign up sheet and clip board
I will bring the binders with Vedika Vanis and Sangha announcements printed. We can show people our activities through these.

We spoke about having chai - need small disposable cups
Vimala and I can each bring a pot of chai. Lasts as long as it does.

Be ready to talk about the herbs Richard sells, such as home use of tulsi, hing, ashwagandha, amalaki, brahmi, etc or have a littke anecdote wherever possible

We can think of having some recipe cards in future? Maybe we should have spice milk recipe copies to give people we talk with?

This week we will probably focus on getting a feel for things so we understand better how to optimize our presence in future.

Love
Hema

This weekend at Richard's stall at the Lake Merritt farmers market requires only the display of flyers and Vedika Seva cards. These will be displayed in plexi stand on the Ayurveda plants table. He is delighted to do this.

No chai, etc.

There is no need for people to assist at the stall but fine to drop by and say hello, chat. Richard  cautions against giving anything that could misconstrued as "medical advice" as this would violate the terms of his stall rental or at the very least make him nervous. i think Richard himself is happy to point people to our flyers.

Thanks for all the willingness to dive in and help.
More opportunities await!

Jai maa,

This sounds lovely. My presence at the farmer's market on saturday depends on whether I am going to the south bay to pick up Swami ji for his lecture at Vedika.

I will call the woman coordinating his stay if I do not receive an email reply by this afternoon to confirm.

See you Saturday one way or another!

Love,

Ishani
