Dear Mahi

This is a idea that can work very well indeed as this gives Mitras an opportunity to infuse ther mitra energy into the videos plus use a language style or mannerisms that works with their fellow beings (easily translatable) and yet you get to  show how your learning is rooted in tradition and science at vedika

yes pls do give us a demo video as that will clarify for every one even more

also do intro your back ground such as not only a student but i am a yoga teacher, jewellery designer, holistic nurse practitioner  as when these videos get passed around the viewers will get empowered with knowing that people from all walks of life can do this/ learn this -,

SUGGESTION - why cooking only Even 2 Min segment on why hot water changed their lives or on how waking up early was trans formative? what do you think(? WILL THIS BE AS CONSUMING?

NOTE last date of registration now is dec 15th not nov 15th

also - CAN YOU LEAD THIS MITRA VIDEO  PROJECT (MVP)  FOR US MITRAS OF VEDIKA?

SO YOU CAN IDENTIFY WHO ELSE WILL MAKE THESE VIDEOS, HELP THE SHY ONES?  OR HELP PEOPLE IDENTIFY WHAT THEY WISH TO TALK ABOUT? and also  ON TUE AND THURSDAY RIPA DEVI CAN HELP you EVEN VIDEO SHOOT THOSE WHO ARE NOT cooking in their own  KITCHEN BUT JUST WISH TO TALK TO CAMERA - I LEAVE IT TO YOU TO figure out details (sorry caps lock was on) and lead us

Oops. Sorry abuot that pre-mature send.
Lets try this again...
Jai Ma Fellow Mitras!

This morning I was making Kitcheri, and I had an idea...
What if we all make short 2-3 minute videos of our favorite thing that we have learned since we have started studying at Vedika. Many of us have i phones, or have access to some friend with an I phone. This does not have to be a professional video by any means, it would just be a fun way of reaching out to future students in a very informal way. The format would look something like this...
"Hi, My name is Britt, I have been studying Ayurveda at Vedika Global for 2 years, and I wanted to share something I have learned with you. In school we learn how to cook traditional  delicious healthy and detoxifying Ayurvedic dishes. One of the first foods we learned how to make is called "Kitcheri" Heres how you make it...
1st step, you must soak equal proprtions of green mung beans and basmati rice...."
(You get the picture)

We could really have a fun time making these videos, and then post them on our facebook pages, email them out to our friends...
At the end of the video we would say something like, "Classes for the 2 month course start in January, but registration ends November 15th! If you are interested in learning more about my school, please shoot me a message or an email!"

What do you all think? We could also do this in teams or groups for those of us who are camera shy ;)
I can make a  video tomorrow morning and show it to you all to see what you think.
Love always,
Mahi
