invite interested peoples to this group

hi friends........

now the settings of the group ha been changed now on all the members
can invite peoples to join this group.....

however without invitation one has to answer a question which is
specified when u try to join from search ar anyway else.... then its
up to moderarors to get him in or out as they perceive his actuall
interst.....

so .........................."grow by helping others to
grow".......................
