can't install on Mac OS X (10.3.9)

Hello,

I just cannot manage to get it installed on an iBook G3/700 MHz running
on 10.3.9 with 384 Mo of RAM. (admin account)
The installation looks to go smoothly (at least it tells me so !) and
ask for a restart. After restart I get a message from the Licence
Manager tellling "cannot launch the application. The app may not have
been installed properly or was corrupted ... ". I get the same message
from any NTI sub-app.
I have tried to trash the previous installation from the Application
and reinstall from the beginning and I have repaired the permission to
no avail.

Any ideas ?
