Hi,
We congratulate all the students on successful completion of Online-learning & ILT's.
To take the EXCEL learning forward, we would be conducting the EXCEL Certification Examination on 9th January 2012(Monday) from 11am- 12pm(request you to confirm ASAP).
The test will be an ONLINE test for one hour.
Students will be sent an invitation number on their personal ID's and will be instructed separately in that mail.
Support required from College side:-
- Inform all students about the Test Date(put this mail on the notice board).
- The test has to be conducted in the campus computer lab and has to be supervised by the campus faculty members.
- Arrange a lab for all the students with good broadband speed as the test is ONLINE and time bound. (request the IT lab instructor to divert all speed to these systems for 2 hours)
- During the assessments the campus should have power back facility as the candidate will not be able to resume later in case of power failure.
- Also make sure that all the systems which is used for the Online Test has IE 7 or Mozilla Firefox (latest version) as browsers installed.
- Ask the students to reach lab on time and log in to their personal ID's (which is shared with us) as the test instructions will be sent on that particular ID.
- Request you to take attendance and send the feedback to us.

NOTE: Attached is the database of shortlisted students. Kindly check / validate the names and "personal email-ID's" of the students & send the validated sheet to us.
