Academic Background :- We are qualification agnostic and welcome candidates from any academic background in their Graduation/Post Graduation ,but with a strong interest to pursue a Management Career. Ideal candidates would already have/ be aiming for a MBA degree from a premier B-School in India (IIM’s/XLRI) / Internationally either immediately/after a few years of work.
A review of our website will indicate that we work across several Industries. Depending on their background, an appropriate role could be chiseled. For instance, a Bio Tech student could be asked to focus on the Healthcare/Lifesciences Domain and an IT/ECE/EEE student may be asked to focus on the IT/ITES/Telecom Domains and so, on.. Further details, will be shared in our presentation.
Profile Expectations :-
- Value systems & work ethics that believe in unflinching integrity , honesty, willingness to work hard,ability to commit & honour commitments made in letter and spirit, under all circumstances.
-Good Academic Credentials (Aggregate average >= 85% marks in Class X & XII, if from CBSE/ICSE & >=90% marks if from other backgrounds). This may be relaxed in cases where there are excellent Extra/Co-Curricular credentials, However, we are qualification agnostic & value experience diversity.
-Good Extra/Co-Curricular credentials at school & college, with demonstrated leadership potential.Superior quality,verbal and written communication skills.

Internship Description :-
The selected candidate will be trained to work on specific secondary research projects that amongst others involve, tracking Industries/Sectors/Specific companies on pre-determined parameters and presenting the results in agreed to formats on a regular basis. The exact details, will be shared during our presentation.
The Internship on offer is a high profile management role and will excite exceptional candidates, who enjoy learning about new businesses, industries and companies, across geographies & delivering results under intense pressure and high expectations.

Stipend :- During the Internship period (Min 6 months), the selected candidate would be offered a stipend of INR 10000 p.m. There would be no separate allowances. At the end of the 6 month period, depending on their performance, interested interns can be considered for Full Time Trainee roles with us. Trainee roles with us could potentially offer them an Annual Gross Compensation of INR 4 Lakhs p.a (For Engineers). However, an internship with us is no guarantee of a permanent role with us.
Process of Selection :- Given the nature of our work, we are extremely selective in hiring and are looking for the crème de la crème of the students passing out this year. We take the internship selection process very seriously, seeing this as a potential source of future employees for us.
There would be three rounds of interviews (Including a presentation by students), with refined shortlists at the end of each round. The first would be a Group Interview, the second round a”Presentation based” Interview and the final round, a One to One Personal Interview. The results would be announced immediately after these interviews. After the Group interview, the selected candidates would be asked to prepare a presentation on specified topics to be submitted to us within 2 hours. Based on their report and their demonstrated understanding of the topic given to them, they would be selected/informed otherwise. The entire process will be completed the same day.
