Aspire!” is an online learning program for the new recruits before they join TCS. The objective of this program is to help new recruits prepare for ILP (Initial Learning Program), learn basic concepts of IT, know more about TCS and sharpen their communication skills.

This program is scheduled to candidates just a few months before their Joining date, you would be intimated and we will share details of Aspire as and when your Joining is Scheduled. Will suggest to wait for further communication from us.

  I received a mail from ilp.support having the following content

"We would appreciate if you could prepare yourself in advance so that you areequipped to meet the expectations and challenges of ILP. Pre-ILP Online Learning program through ASPIRE is mandatory for all trainees joining TCSL. A mail stating the same will be sent to you from TCS minimum 2 months prior to your ILP Start date in order to get you started with ASPIRE. We request you to utilize this duration in a constructive manner by completing the On- Line training program prior to joining TCS."

How to take this Pre-ILP Online learning program through ASPIRE? What do I need to learn for this?
