Further to our discussion, we are looking for UG & PG student from our IDBI FEDERAL LIFE for the said profile. Kindly find the details below;

1. Job Profile- Team Leader/Team Manager
· Build Distribution network by recruiting Tax consultants in the assigned area by prospecting, identifying and sourcing through BOP, and own network & follow ups.
· Ensure recruited advisors are coded and activated as per plan.
· Lead, Motivate and develop the team of Tax consultant Month on Month to achieve desire result as per there potential.
· Ensure to submit various sales reports as per the agreed frequencies in order to ensure performance targets and achieved and exceeded.
2. Salary Package
CTC 3 L – 4 .5 L (all inclusive) + Incentives
3. Location – Chennai & Out skirts of Chennai
Note: Recruitment drive will be held up next week onwards.
