Instruction for students regarding graduation day- very important

Dear all,

Please follow the given instructions below for the Graduation day on 29.7.2017

 1. Reporting time to the college 8.00am - 8.30am   (very very important)

   

2. Register your name in the registration committee.

     venue :VB room no 6

3.  Photos Registration will be at VB Room No:14. After Graduation,Photos can be collected at Aptitude Training Hall (New Admin  back side – Ground Floor)

              

4. Get the rope from the dress committee in VB room no 4

5. Enter into the Anna auditorium and occupy your seat where your name  is pasted

6. The function starts at 10: 31am,when HOD Reads your name,enter into the stage and get the degree certificate.

7. At the end of program there will be a photo session for rank holders.

8. When the program is over, return your rope to the Dress committee.(compulsory)

Note: Girls can wear chudithar or saree, STRICTLY no loose hair.   

Boys – formal dress  with clean shave
