Everyone:

Attached for your information are the outputs of the meeting of the heads of
sectoral councils on September 21, 2010.    The first is a statement of support
to Pnoy; the resolution requests that they be sworn in as SRs becuase they are
not to be considered as midgnight appointees.

All BSU staff may disseminate the same to the members of the sectoral councils.
