nominations and voting on the beneficiary this month (we need a beneficiary to be able to register on the VDay website)

Auditions – aiming to hold them in early November, dates will depends on the directors' availability

Show dates – aiming for mid-March
(either weekend of March 12 or 19), will be before spring break and give us enough time to practice/rehearse/fund raise
o
Show venue – exploration in motion, aiming
to identify the venue this month and lock down the dates
