you're right about the sponsoring groups.  sorry for the omission, realized it just after sending out the pdf.  here's an updated version.  i've also appended the word flyer so that you can modify it however you want.  the http://www.doc2pdf.net/ is a nice free converter website.
save your receipts.  i'm sure there's a way to make sure you get reimbursed.  (rachel, jam, mark, any ideas on $ for VCU student groups?)
