Hello All,
The statement regarding the Perlmutter image should be clarified to say that "Perlmutter was one of the first white artists to have a solo exhibition at the Barnett Aden Gallery". This fact was found in the dissertation we were referring to throughout the semester. It was not clearly stated that the Gottwald's piece was exhibited at that time.
