Dear Board,
I've booked St. Alselm Church for Friday, November 26 for our Thanksgiving Feast. We should discuss and plan this event during the upcoming Board Meeting. I'm aiming to have our monthly Board Meeting either this weekend (Nov 6, 7) or next weekend the latest (Nov 12, 13). Since we are having La Vang event this weekend so i guess let's aim for Sat, Nov 13. But we should have our flyer designed NOW since we should need at least 2 weeks to pass out flyers to the homeless. Can someone help with designing the flyer? Uyen? lol :D.
