Dear All,

 

This season 4 (OCT 2010 - JUN 2011) was a wonderful season for us and the best part of it that we won the Professional League 2011 Championship. 

I thank you all for the excellent support. 

 

We have end our season 4 with last match on 05-JUN-2011 and we will start our next season from 02-OCT-2011 or if climatic conditions will allow then may be from Sep 2011 but will intimate for this.

 

As committed we have take INR 6000.00 (INR 3000.00 in 2 installments) from each player for providing 24 matches (12 Matches in every 3 Months). I hope that justifies the amount that we charge. But this season we have got 33 Matches in the same amount out of which we Won 24 matches, Lost 8 Matches and 1 was a tie with a success ratio of 72%. Not Bad but still have a scope of improvement. The details are below.

 

I would request you all to kindly work on your fitness and plz do make the necessary arrangements for the payment required for next season as we have 3 months for the same and I don't think anybody should have any problem doing the same as we have lot of time for the arrangement as we are sure to get good cricket with more interesting tournaments in next season. 

 

The season will start in OCT 2011 till JUN 2012 and payments will be as same of INR 3000.00 for every 3 months. 

 

Kindly make sure that all the payments should reach Tarun on or before 25-SEP-2011. If anybody wants to back out due to any reason then I would like to have his mail for the same on or before 31-AUG-2011 else I would treat it as his confirmation for continuing with us for the season 5.

 

Regarding payment I hope every time I try to make understand that we require funds in advance so that all of you guys should have hassle free matches on regular Sundays coz ground needs to be booked well in advance but some or the other person comes up with excuse which puts other team members in fix. 

 

So to conclude that I have taken this blunt step that if anybody doesn't clear his dues on time then he will have to either pay INR 300.00 per match that he will play that too on current day or if he makes the entire due payment after the due date then he has to pay INR 500.00 extra per month apart from the due amount.

 

Kindly do not try to take it lightly as other suffers. No excuses will be entertained at all.

 

Tarun pls do not allow anybody to over rule this including me as we have suffered this time loosing an opportunity to play the match on 12-JUN-2011 coz of pending amount.

With Regret I have to take few names who still have not cleared their  accounts despite of many reminders. The payment to the vendor is pending because of that. The payment of INR 500.00 (for Kit used at sai greens) per person is still due on (Rishu, Priyanshu, Sandeep, Kenny, Asif & Bhupi). The balance of INR 2000.00 as team contribution is due on Ram Ji. I would again request u guys to kindly pay you due amount to Tarun before 25-JUN-2010.

I am sure everybody among us is intelligent enough not to treat this mail as personal but for the benefit of the team and other members in the spirit of game. 

 

By God's grace everybody is doing well in life, ups and downs are part of it but the contribution amount for love and passion for cricket is not that big that we can't do it on time. So lets understand and make sure that we don't have any problem related to funds and enjoy our passion.

 

The best part i would like to share is that we are still known and appreciated for our decent behavior and sporting attitude with excellent spirit for cricket and would like to improve it.

If anybody wants the Soft copy of season snaps then he could write to me . We will provide the DVD with all the snaps of the season.

All the Pics match wise will be uploaded at the facebook (Valiant Cricket) by 15-JULY-2011 and at Orkut too.

We will get our website before the starting of next season.

Before ending this long mail I would request one more thing with all my team mates that nobody among us should get themselves registered or play with any club and if somebody is already then plz make sure to get ur clearance in SEP. Only Sandeep will be excused for this. We are known as Team Valiant and appreciated that our members do not play with any other team so I don't want to harm that image.
