VCOrganizer - Remote Diagnostic Agent?

VCOrganizer-RDA (Remote Diagnostic Agent) is a tool to allow customer to collect diagnostic information from their mobile easily.This help VCOrganizer support to understand customer's problem in more details.

It's a free tool and can be downloaded from Android Market (search VCOrganizer-RDA).

Here are the steps to collect log file:

1 . On you Android mobile, click the VCO-RDA icon. It will start the VCOrganizer Remote Diagnostic Agent.
2 . Select whether to collect Contacts data or Calendar data.
3 . Then, click the Start button.
4 . When finish, you should see a file called vco_trace_rda.log on the mobile internal sdcard under the directory called vc_log (/sdcard/vc_log/vco_trace_rda.log).
5 . Please zip vco_trace_rda.log file and send zipped file to sup...@vecal.biz

Please DO NOT run this tool unless you have been told by VCOrganizer support.
