VCOrganizer build-in Calendar provides the following features:

  1. Notes of the events are encrypted
  2. You can search your events easily
  3. Allow your to send your events or task as SMS
  4. It integrates Events/Tasks/Contacts, you can manage them easily on VCOrganizer Calendar
  5. Events can be linked to your Contacts, Notes, Tasks, Events with our SmartLink feature.
  6. It provides password lock/pattern lock to protect your items.
  7. You can define flexible recurring patten of your events which you cannot do in Android native Calendar.
  8. You can access your calendar on your phone from the browser on  your PC (Using our Web Portal).

Events are synced from Outlook to VCO Calendar. By default, it will also sync to your Android Calendar (Gmail account). However, you can select not to sync events to your Android Calendar if you want to keep your Outlook events in a separated database or you don't want to sync the events to Google Cloud. This can be configured in VCOrganizer Calendar -> Settings.

If you have selected to sync events to Android native Calendar.  When you create or edit events on VCOrganizer Calendar, the events will be created or modified in the Android native Calendar too.

When you create or edit events on your Android native Calendar, the events will be copied to VCOrganizer Calendar when you sync with Outlook (You can manually trigger the Import process or schedule the import). The events will then be synced to Outlook too.

Remark:
If the events are sync to Android native Calendar, the note will not be encrypted on Android native Calendar any more. For security reasons, you can select not to sync events to mobile native Calendar in
VCOrganizer Calendar -> Settings.
