Business Contact Manager for Outlook

Hello,

I want to sync Outlook BCM account and contact folders with VCO Enterprise+. Is it possible?

I am using VCO ent+ with Outlook 2013, 32-bit build 15 with business contact manager. Business Contact Manager main folder shows up in the sync center (9.1.369) but the folders in BCM do not. When I select to add it, I get an error message.

Is it possible to  sync BCM accounts and/or business contacts with VCO enterprise+? Why does the root node for BCM show up in the sync center but not the folders?
