VCOrganizer doesn't sync with Exchange server directly. To sync with Exchange data, you need to configure your Outlook to sync with Exchange. Then sync VCOrganizer with your Outlook.

By default, when you configure Outlook to sync with exchange, the Exchange folders will become your default folder. VCOrganizer will sync the items in the Exchange folders.

Since VCOrganizer only syncs with the default folder, once your Exchange folders have become the default folders, the items in your pst file will not be synced with VCOrganizer any more.

If you have configured your Outlook client to sync with Exchange, but you want to sync the items in your pst file, you need to make them as the default folder in Outlook client (move the folder to the top of the list).

If you want to sync with Exchange folders and also the folders in pst file to VCOrganizer on your phone, you need the VCOrganizer Enterprise extension. VCOrganizer Enterprise extension is an add-on which allows users to sync with multiples folders and multiple Outlook clients.
