vcfanno 0.0.9 has just been released here: https://github.com/brentp/vcfanno/releases
Along with a number of minor improvements, it fixes a memory leak in the parallel chrom-sweep, adds a lua scripting engine, and an extensive documentation site: http://brentp.github.io/vcfanno/
The next release will focus on improving error messages.
