Candidates currently working with CAMS & Karvy not eligible to apply.
- Oversee and ensure timely processing of all investors financial /non-financial requests.
- Responsible for team member development, which includes: coaching and counseling, mentoring, documentation and providing performance feedback to the unit head.
- Check for accuracy of data capture and authorization of transactions processed.
- Carrying out all activities related to the processing of a transaction which may include signature verification, completeness of docs.
- Generate all department specific reports, which are to be sent to other business partners.
- Manage department consistency by timely escalation of unresolved issues.
- Ensure compliance/audit standards are followed. Ensure proper training procedures are implemented.
- Ensure that Investor complaints and queries are resolved in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction where these relate to the Operations of the company.
