Are MNC's superior to Indian companies?

MNC's and Indian companies both play different role. MNC's hire the people who are brilliant. MNC's offers high salary packages, luxury life style and chance to go to abroad. Indian brains are the back bone of MNCs. MNC's are corruption free.

Indian company's like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO etc have the big position in the corporate world. They are playing a vital role in growth of India.MNC's made a path for development of Indian companies as the competitor. Now a days Indian companies are having better strategies not to lose their existing market shares. When concerned with marketing, Indian companies are superior to other MNC's.

In my view both MNC's and Indian companies are doing a great job for removing the unemployment from the India. India is growing so fast in terms of economy mainly because of the Indian companies.
