Error msg while saving model

Hello Team,

I am getting this error persistently while saving a biomodel. I loaded a model and edited a couple of rate expression. Please suggest. Thanks as always! 

DataAccessException-RPC method DbRequestQueue:saveBioModel() failed: response status: 500

Our database ran out of space and it had to be extended.  This is complete and VCell is back up.
