504 Gateway Time-out error when opening simulation results

Good morning VCell Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing since yesterday when trying to open simulation results on VCell.

The analyses appear to complete successfully, and the simulations are marked as finished without any reported errors. However, when I attempt to open the results, the interface remains stuck for a long time displaying the message “retrieving results.” Eventually, the process fails and the following error appears:

"Error, 1 of 1 sim results failed to display: 'Simulation0' - RPC method DataRequestQueue() failed: response status 504 reason: 504 Gateway Time-out"

Could you please help me understand the cause of this issue or suggest a possible solution?
