including advection terms

Could any of you introduce including advection terms in Virtual Cell? Thanks.

Hi Pilhwa,
VCell already supports advection. For a BioModel, under the "Specifications" tab of a spatial deterministic Application, simply enter the x,y, and z velocity components (at the bottom of the specifications list for each species). These can be values or expressions of the model variables or functions of (x,y,z,t).
