Have you accepted the invitation to participate in the study for the Top 100 Great People Managers and Leaders list of 2022, which is published in leading magazines like Forbes India, yet?

If not, then we highly encourage you to  do so by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Register on our portal here with your Work ID

2. Take a small Self-Assessment about your leadership style and fill in some details about yourself

3. Choose the Profiling Plan (there is a nominal fee of Rs. 1,500)

4. You will now reach the "Profile Overview" tab

5. Click on the “My Surveys” tab

6. Click "Launch Survey" on the right-hand side corner

7. Fill in the details of your Team Members (Ensure coverage of all your Team Members)

8. Click on "Submit" to launch the survey

You have been invited because your leadership practices encourage open communication, feedback sharing, and discussion about any concerns your team members may have!
