IIRR sent you an online KWIK survey form for you to fill like the one below but many of us did not respond. I am kindly requesting you to respond or use the hard copy attached to help us analyze how we are using our knowledge and skills after the Master VCD training and to share in the forth coming VCD Practioners Forum that is scheduled for January 2012. The chairman will communicate the specific date as soon as we receive your feedback.
