Dear Members,

 

I hope you are keeping well

 

We held a successful meeting on 5^th of April, 2012 at Marble Arch Hotel, the minutes are attached.

 

Noted below are some observations for your action.

 

1.0   There were many last minute cancellations. In future, kindly avoid this; it’s not only inconvenience in planning but also a waste of resources in paying hotel bills as booking is done in advance.

2.0   Some members have not yet responded the survey exercise and are reminded to do so ASAP. Your feedback is very important for IIRR to report on outcomes and assess value for the investment.

3.0   All the members should familiarize themselves with the constitution-a copy is attached

4.0   The registration is in progress and the fees can be paid through MPESA number 0723 738 784- for Joseph Irungu (IIRR)
