Here are the details of High Priority Daily Services:

 

1.   Welcoming Guests on the 1^st (Ground) Floor of VCC:

a)  Welcoming all the Guests. Taking their contact information into our Guest Book. Updating them about all our upcoming events. Providing information about Sunday School & Vedic School for Kids, Various Bhagavad Gita Discussion Groups, Volunteers Services, Sanskrit classes, Yoga Classes, Vedic University, Let's REMOVE Program etc,.

 

2.  Serving Prasadam on the 1^st (Ground) Floor of VCC:

a)  Serving  Prasadam to all the Guests.

 

3.   Floor Cleaning Service on the 1^st (Ground) Floor of VCC. This Includes:

a)  Sweeping & Mopping the Temple Welcome Hall & Shoe Room.

b)  Sweeping & Mopping the Temple Prasadam Hall.

 

4.   Kitchen Cleaning Service on the 1^st (Ground) Floor of VCC. This Includes:

a)   Sweeping & Mopping the Kitchen.

b)   Cleaning Plates & Pots.

 

5.   Floor Cleaning Service on the 2^nd Floor of VCC. This Includes:

a)  Sweeping & Mopping the Temple Darshan / Main Hall & Parikrama Area.

b)  Sweeping Front Staircase  & the entrance to the Temple Darshan /Main Hall.

 

6.   Gift Shop Service on the 2^nd Floor of VCC.

a)   Assist the Guest with their shopping at our Gift shop.

 

7.   Parking & Shuttle Service.

a)   Parking Service: Guide the visitor with parking their cars and if the parking lot is full, guide them to nearby church or Park & Ride parking lots.

b)   Shuttle Service: Run a shuttle back & forth from VCC to nearby Church / Park & Ride parking lots, when it is too cold or raining

 

8.   Usher Service on the 2^nd Floor of VCC.

a)  Making sure there is pin drop silence In the temple hall while the Class / Discourse is going on.

 

9.   Cooking Service.

a)      To assist HG Rasavathi Mataji in cooking Sunday Feast

 

 

NOTE: You might have noticed that there are still some open slots for volunteering. Those who are interested and have not yet signed up for any service, we would humbly request you to come forward and signup for at least one service. If you decide to sign up for a service, then please shoot a mail to ramesh...@gmail.com and NrityaGaur...@gmail.com

 

For all the volunteers who signed up for a service, we'd humbly request you to show up on time to attend your assigned service. Also, for some reason, if you are unable to attend your service, please let  (ramesh...@gmail.com and NrityaGaur...@gmail.com) know at least two to three days in advance, so that we can try to find a backup volunteer for that service.
